How we choose where to build

We don't build speculatively.

Every Radius site is selected through PIP — our Property Intelligence Platform — a proprietary national layer mapping SDA demand, existing SDA supply and group-home distribution. Capital is deployed only where verified, unmet demand exists, which is how we protect our partners from the single biggest risk in SDA: vacancy.
